Blue LED control

Post by fatjulio »

If like to turn off the flashing blue LED. I've found posts and the wiki page that say how to do it, but the file path on Ubuntu20.04 M1 isn't the same. I've got /sys/class/leds then there's work or power as likely options. I've tried using these directories in the echo command, but it says they don't exist.

Please share the exact command that your tried with echo and error message, that's more clear to understand the problem.

As superuser the command

echo none > /sys/class/leds/blue\:heartbeat/trigger

gives

bash: /sys/class/leds/blue:heartbeat/trigger: No such file or directory

Looking at the path, there's /sys/class/leds
Under that is
input3::capslock input3::numlock input3::scrolllock mmc0:: power work
which are all links
