Temporary failure in name resolution

Post by fyodor »

Hello, just installed Debian 12 but get a DNS error when trying to run apt update or ping to any website: Temporary failure in name resolution
What could I do?
The strange thing is that it works fine during installation to download all necessary packages and etc

Yes, I did except for firewall as I am unable to install anything so I don't have ufw.

You may need to create this to a file /etc/netplan/01-netcfg.yaml.

Code: Select all

network:
  version: 2
  renderer: networkd
  ethernets:
    eth0:
      dhcp4: true
