[M1S] mainline kernel and u-boot

Post by Fisiu »

Hello!

I can see that M1 is already in stable (6.7) and I wonder if you have any plans to do the same with M1S? Since you're going to supply this SBC up to 2036 (according to the product page), that would be natural movement.
The same story is for u-boot. M1 is already in upstream u-boot, will M1S be as well?

It seems that work on upstream kernel patches for M1S appeared a couple of days ago. Stay tuned to see how it goes.

Once the basic kernel patches are merged, I think uboot patches will probably appear as well.

Is there any update on this?
When it comes to kernel patches, I find it surprisingly difficult to keep up to date on what's going on ...

Looks like the patch is not merged yet, but you can find out kernel branch I am managing and packaging for Debian and Ubuntu.
