OGA BE - Screen issue [SOLVED]

Hello
my OGA BE just arrived so I assembled my itand found weird line at the top of the screen when playing certain games:


i tried to open it up and reseat the ribbon cable multiple time but always the same issue ... is my LCD faulty?

Seems to be the LCD glass might be damaged by unknown reasons.
Try using the factory test mode to confirm it

If you see the same issue with the factory test program, contact "odroid at hardkernel dot com" with a link of this thread.
They will help your RMA process if you purchased the board from our web-store directly.
Otherwise, contact your local distributor/reseller.

just tried and i still see the weird line even in LCD test , mainly in white colour, faintly in other colours and doint see it in black
EDIT:
so sent an email and already got a word that new one will be shippd this week
