Hey All,
I recently came across the amazing sale on the Advance Black Edition model, and with the built in WIFI, figured this would be a great dedicated Pico-8 device. While I'm waiting on the device, I figured I'd ask - since there seem to be a plethora of options - which OS would be best suited for this task? I do not plan on playing anything but Pico-8 with Splore, so I'm looking for the most minimal OS that will work with the official binary.
Ideally, it would be something that I can configure to hide all other systems from menus, and set to autolaunch Pico-8.
Any help would be appreciated - thanks!
Best OS for dedicated Pico-8 on Advance Black Edition?

I have no experience of using Pico-8 emulation.
I hope other users will answer or try various OS images by yourself.

Hey all, in case anyone comes upon this thread, I ended up using Emuelec. I removed all other ports and bioses from the base install, and set the splore “game” to run at startup. Works like a charm!
