N2L 모니터 인식

우분투 마테 에서 세로모드로 모니터설정을 하려고 합니다.
그런데 모니터인식을 못하네요. unknown 으로 나와서 설정을 할 수가 업습니다.

동일모니터로 xu4는 인식을 해서 /etc/X11/xorg.cfg 를 수정해서 세로모드 설정을 했습니다.

N2L, N2+ 두 개는 모니터 인식을 못하네요.
별도 드라이버 설치나 기타 참조할 내용이 있을까요.

boot 파티션의 config.ini 파일을 수정하여 HDMI 모드를 수동으로 설정해 보시길 바랍니다.

A. 3번 라인의 모니터 자동인식 옵션을 false로 변경

B. 9번 ~ 45번 라인중에서 사용하려는 모니터의 해상도 문자열을 찾습니다.

C. 46번 라인의 hdmimode 설정값을 해당 문자열로 변경합니다.
모니터의 native 해상도가 1280x1024인 경우 다음과 같습니다.

안녕하세요, 저도 우분투 마테에서 화면 인식이 제대로 안 되는 문제 때문에 질문을 드립니다.

BenQ XL2411P (A) 모니터에 연결하면 잘 인식을 하고 1920x1080 60 해상도로 문제 없이 화면을 볼 수 있는데,
BenQ EX2710Q (B) 모니터에 연결한 뒤 전원을 키면 화면에 아무것도 출력이 되지 않습니다.
A 모니터에서 화면이 나오는 것을 확인한 뒤 B 모니터로 케이블을 갈아끼워주면 1920x1080 60 해상도로 B 모니터에서도 문제 없이 볼 수는 있지만,
B 모니터에서 출력이 안 되는 것을 확인한 뒤 A 모니터로 바꿔끼우면 A 모니터에서도 아무것도 볼 수 없습니다.

`display_autodetect`와 `hdmimode`를 바꿔보아도 마찬가지입니다.
무엇이 문제인지 감이 잡히지 않아 질문드립니다.

display_autodetect=truedisplay_autodetect=false 로 변경하고,
hdmimode="1080p60hz"로 변경 후 테스트 해보시길 바랍니다.

boot parameter가 정상적으로 커널에 전달되었는지 확인해 보려면 커널 부팅후 dmesg 출력의 처음 부분을 보시면 됩니다.
모니터가 안나오는 경우에는 이더넷 ssh로 접속하거나 Serial console로 확인해 보시길 바랍니다.

네, 한번 그렇게 확인해보도록 하겠습니다.

그리고 위에서 언급하지는 못했는데, A 모니터는 기본 해상도가 1920x1080이고, B 모니터의 기본 해상도가 2560x1440입니다.

1080p60hz로 정상적으로 출력은 됩니다.

그런데 B 모니터의 해상도인 2560x1440로 설정하는 방법은 없을까요?

저희가 보유하고 있는 2560x1440 모니터에서는 별다른 문제없이 출력되고 있습니다.
현재 사용하시는 HDMI 케이블이 2.0 호환 제품인지 확인해보시길 바랍니다.

조언 감사합니다.
케이블을 교체해봐도 크게 달라지지 않습니다.
사실 이번 질문을 올리기 직전에 위에서 설명한 문제 때문에 HDMI 2.0 케이블을 구매를 했었고, 오늘도 밖에서 2.1 케이블을 구매해 확인해봤지만 역시 달라진 점은 없었습니다.

커널 로그에는 HDMI 출력은 2560x1440으로 정상 설정된 것으로 보입니다.
사용하신 N2L 보드의 RAM이 2GB 제품인지요? 아니면 4GB 인지요?
내일 동일한 조건에서 QHD 모니터로 테스트를 해보도록 하겠습니다.

한가지 테스트 해볼만한 항목이 있습니다.
disablehpd=falsedisablehpd=true로 변경하고 재부팅 해보시길 바랍니다.

안녕하세요.
올려주신 dmesg 정보에 edid read 는 정상적인 것으로 보입니다.
이경우 boot 파티션에 edid.bin 파일이 생성되었을 겁니다. 확인해 보시고 edid.bin 파일 올려주시면 해결에 도움이 될 듯 합니다.

저희가 보유하고 있는 2560x1440 모니터는 별 문제없이 정상 출력되는것을 확인하였습니다.
display_autodetect=falsehdmimode=2560x1440p60hz 만 수정하였습니다.

cap00k님 말씀대로 edid 파일을 올려 주세요.
