16GB EMMC Card is not Flashing the OS

We buy odroid and 16 GB EMMC card, but while flashing OS it is showing flash failed. I am attaching the Screenshot of it, please check if anyone knows how to solve this.

Which eMMC adapter and USB card reader did you use?

Or, you can flash your eMMC card via micro-USB cable with a nice feature in Petitboot.

BTW, does your eMMC module have an orange color PCB?
