Which Wifi adapter to use if I use Ubuntu Linux?

Hi, I am considering the N2, H2 and XU4. If I use them under Ubuntu Linux, which Wifi adapter do you recommend in terms of compatibility, performance and stability? Wifi Module 4 or 5 or something else?

I recommend wifi module 4. 5A gave me driver trouble when trying to do things like adding it directly in a docker container network namespace.
