There are other clients available but qbittorrent is what I use and the only one I can comment on helping you get going.


Login over ssh and run:

opkg install qbittorrent

It will complain when it tries to start about port 8080 being in use which is used by Kodi but no worries, just reboot the N2 and it will be on port 9080.

After rebooting the N2 open a web browser and enter the IP address of your N2 and port 9080, in my case it's 192.168.1.15:9080 and enter the username and password into the webui.

username: admin
password: adminadmin

Adjust any settings and enjoy.

There are many apps you can use as a qbittorrent remote as well, on Android I'm using this:

Before, when you could install transmission or qbittorrent directly in coreelec, From Add-ons I could access them to configure them.

But now that I installed them through entware, I don't know how to access them from coreelec so I can configure them.

The latest version of transmission is installed, which is banned on my tracker.

How could I install an older version of transmission through entware?
