H2 with Geforce 1060 Error 12

Hello,
I have the same issue like here.

But its not exactly the same.

I have a h2 with an ADT-Link R3G adapter with a geforce 760.
Everything worked great.
Last week i replaced my geforce 760 with my geforce 1060.
The 1060 worked in my pc for years.

After booting i had no output.
So i put the hdmi cable into the h2 and reinstalled the nvidia driver.
After restart the geforced worked.

Next day i had no output again.
I checked the device manager and i saw the geforce had error 12.
I tried a few things but didn't found a permanent solution.

Here is what i found out.
If i disable and enable the Intel HD 600 in the device manager and then do a restart, then the geforce is working.
If i disable and enable the geforce in the device manager and then do a restart, then the geforce is working too.
If i reinstall the nvidia driver and do a restart, then the geforce is working again too.
Only doing a restart doesn't help.

If i shutdown the h2 and turn it on again, then the geforce is not working because of error 12.
If i go into bios and save and reset or save and shutdown, then to geforce is not working again.

So everyday when i turn the h2 on, i have to disable and enable one of the graphic cards and restart the h2.
Then i have to put the hdmi cable into the geforce card.

I have installed the last bios.
De-Emphasis is disabled on all lanes.
Clock Gating is disabled.

Replace the geforce 1060 with the 760 doesn't fix the problem.
Doing a clean installation of the nvidia driver doesn't fix the problem.

Any ideas?

Try installing a NVMe SSD to check whether the M.2 slot is still alive or not.
