NVME Function Test

Post by dkking »

Hey
I had used nvme before and it was working, i tested a graphics and used it for a bit of time with an m2 adapter

now I went back to trying to use the NVME slot and I can't seem to get it to read the drive, bios doesn't show any card in the slot

how do i test if the nvme slot functions at all,

i read a post here which tells me to do 'sudo lspci --vv -s nn:nn:n | grep Width'
but not sure which which pcie id it is

here is a picture of lspci list https://imgur.com/a/qR16TVk

Did It somehow fail in between my transfer from my gpu back to nvme, i did ground myself etc. Not sure what happened

Make a hard reset your BIOS settings by removing the backup battery and DC plug together for several minutes and try again.
