I bought a ODROID-H3 with ODROID-H3 Case Type 2 and LED Power Button.
Unfortunately the button doesn’t fit, the heatsink is to close. Please see attachment.
How do I fix this?

It does fit, but you need to "massage" it to slide next to the heatsync. Try rotating it a bunch of times.
