Triple Boot

Unread post by Thorwächter » Tue Nov 05, 2019 10:43 am

Hello Guys,

I'm VERY interested in the World of ARM, SOC's and SBC's.
The Odroid H2 looks ultra interesting to me and I think i would Buy one for my pleasure as a little Boy to tinker with.
But i've got one little Question and I hope Somebody could answere me.

Is it possible to port:
OpenElec on eMMC (there are Generic Builds)
Android on HDD (as x_86 iso)
Windows10 on NVMe
as Triple Boot?
Are there any Issues with Bootloader or other things?

I Love OpenElec for Media and the Android is only for Games etc. Windows is for Music Composition (because my Hardware is only Win or Mac and i don't own a Mac.

So I hope it's not a Stupid Idea and my Desire is possible.

Sorry for the bad English but I've got the third JackyCola and it's time to go to sleep  ;) Holiday my Friends :D
Best Regards!!!

Hi.

Triple boot works on H2. Please refer to viewtopic.php?t=32536#p236118, scroll down several times you can see the screenshot shows lots of boot options on CMOS screen.
So, if OpenELEC for x86 on eMMC has UEFI boot loader, it would be one of them.
And, if Android for x86 on HDD has UEFI boot loader, it also would be. :)

The important thing is the block device has a boot partition and/or UEFI boot loader. H2 only recognizes UEFI, it doesn't support CSM mode.
