There has been a schematics of the base board only.
https://www.hardkernel.com/blog-2/odroi ... chematics/

I'm not sure if we can find the module schematics since this module was made in 2012.
Let me dig through the archives in our internal servers.

Oh.. my colleague accidentally found it and uploaded into a public server.

I felt a little proud that a product made in 2012 was still working until recently.
I really hope you can successfully repair the old gem. Good luck!

Hi,

thank you so much for the file with schematic ...
it's working now 100%, on the end it was only R6 ... cleaned everything ... and it's running for a few hours without problems ...
my limit is 0402 for resistores so it wasn't easy to solder one 0402 (to big) on the board ...

The odroid-x2 is runing a small program 24hours ...

Hope I have done right to attach picture, if so you can see the board and the small 0402 R6

Again, thank you

Jacinto

Glad to hear that your made the CPU module alive again and thank you for sharing a great picture.
The enclosure seems to be made with bare PCB or copper plate. Quite impressive. :o
