OGST kit - Display not working / not even with gamestation

Looks like my OGST display is dead (it is brand new case).
I tried to install gamestation on microSD card - everything is running great - except the case display.
I read that backlight should lit (even if the image is not shown - to confirm display is working, but that was never the case.
I believe the backlight or the display are dead.


Do you know what I should do?
Any tips, or link working gamestation image with tested display?

Usb ports are working (I am using keyboard/mouse combo), let me test that image.

I tested the image, it boots to kodi, I was able to run emulation station and run a sample game I downloaded for megadrive.
Anyway the LCD display did not lit once - meaning the backlight. I run the image even in open case in dark to be sure i notice any changes in backlight, unfortunately no.
As I requested on the Paypal, I would like to have replacement part (just the part with display).

If you believe the LCD or interface board is broken, contact "odroid at hardkernel dot com" with a link of this thread.
They will help your RMA process if you purchased the board from our web-store directly.
Otherwise, contact your local distributor/reseller.

The image does not work without previous configuration for the OGST kit, just booting the image will NOT turn on the display of the OGST Kit.
Since the OGST Kit is very specific hardware which requires specific hardware modules to be activated to work, you can not do this as a default all the time, cause if the hardware is not available these hardware modules would not work and the image would be unable to boot.
Therefore the default is that the OGST Kit is not used, as the image worked with or without the kit.

The link posted earlier explains how to test the working condition of the LCD display, just booting the image is not a valid test to confirm if the OGST Kit LCD is working or not.
