how did install ArchLinux ?

I ask because I just "untared" the aarch64 root fs to the second partition keeping original Kernel and initrd on boot partition. It boots, but I can't manage to get network connection throught DHCP... :(

And even when I use fixed IP, names are not resolved (even if I can ping 8.8.8.8).

I assume you also copied /lib/modules/$(uname -r) to the arch partition.
Networking, and update:

Code: Select all

ip link set eth0 up
ip addr add 192.168.0.115/24 broadcast 192.168.0.255 dev eth0
ip route add default via 192.168.0.1
echo "IgnorePkg = linux-gru*" >> /etc/pacman.conf
pacman -Syu
I think

Code: Select all

systemctl enable dhcpcd.service
did not work for me ... maybe is was not installed.
