I don't know if anybody that received one of the sample boards is familiar enough with the BSDs to give one of them a try after they are done playing with the android and linux support on the N1.

It would be interesting to see if the OpenBSD arm64 port can be made to work on the N1. The Rockchip RK3399 is listed as a supported platform(Firefly-RK3399 board).

I have never used BSD before but I did try (and fail) to get it running on the N1.
Some testing was done on a VM in the N1.
