I am also very keen on an HC3 based on the RK3399. The hardware encryption support should make the RK3399 a great TLS webserver (i.e. HTTP/2, QUIC).

This will require a different board design with the CPU under the board for optimal cooling, but I would like to see this as well. Note that RK3399 doesn't heat much compared to older designs and may allow the heat sink to be smaller.

rk3399 might be overkill here, but it does have a good upstream support.
But a lot of the 3328 applies to 3399, so I guess in that way it does have good support.
