screws too long
i just got my cloudshell2. i have two 3.5 inch drives. when i use the 10mm round head screws, they bottom out in the drive before they get tight. are the drives supposed to be loose?

The same thing happened to me just now with Odroid-M1's "HDD Holder" (aka SATA mount and cable kit).
I put some foam (I had lying around on my desk) between the disk and the plate to keep the drive from vibrating too much (it's one of those old spinning rust thingies still), but it's kind of weird.

Foam probably isn't the best option, insulating the bottom of the drive so it cannot dissipate heat efficiently.
Perhaps shorter screws or some washers from the local hardware store?
