I'm using Cloudshell-2 & Odroid XU4, Ubuntu 16.04.4 xenial / Linux odroid 4.9.27-35 for NAS, Cloud, E.T.C.
I've been using 2TB 2.5'' HDD installed in cloudshell, 4TB 3.5'' and 500GB 2.5'' HDD with additional HDD station with USB connected. (SATA III available station)
Because when I'm trying to use both of 4TB 3.5'' HDD and 2TB 2.5'' HDD connected in cloudshell, there's some problem with I/O, and system just stops about 30 minutes after booted. Not using RAID (both of switches off), and /etc/fstab also good(all using ext4, default options), so it's not software issue I think.
Without using two different types of HDDs in Cloudshell, there's no problem at all, runs over 100 days continuously.
So I decided to buy new 3.5'' HDD, and I cannot sure that these kind of problem will occur because of compatibility issues like this, and I don't know about any compatibility of cloudshell's HDD at all.
I mean, those two HDDs should have same form factor, same RPM. cache size, SATA type or what?
Don't know. Please help me. And if theres anything you want to know, please tell me.
