Hi,
not sure if this is the correct place to post my issue so please correct me if I'm wrong.
I did a clean install of leia22 to the eMMC of my C2.
All works fine and I managed to get Netflix playing back content. However even if I am on high-speed, low-latency line i cannot get it to play back nothing more than 360p.
Changing the InputStream settings make no difference.
Is this something that can be addressed or I just need to be patient for newer version of the addon/libwavedine?

I installed transmission addon and when I execute it, it pops an error: "Could not connect to Transmission"

Is it required to install any other addon or backend?

I´m newbie in libreelec and would appreciate your help

I just go back the bug that I met to help you
So on some movie H264 1080p I meet some small latency on Leia 22 on your last update in Krypton it works perfectly

on the other hand, on my Odroid C2 smb works perfectly on the 8.0 version that I pass in 8.2 I can not transfer more than 2go file do you know why?

yes i tried with leia version 18 i think and then i faced this problem again:

on krypton i god rid of the problem with the commands (the ones quotet) i added to the boot.ini of krypton.

i tried to add this commands to the boot.ini of leia but then it won't boot.

its not that important for me as this philips tv with the odroid only is in my guest room so there is no real need to upgrade to leia so far- just interested if there is a solution - maybe i should contact wrxtasy - i think the first solution for krypton was from him.

thx anyways for your hard work i really enjoy your builds for my 3 c2's :D

No idea why you want to add echo commands to the boot.ini. That's clearly wrong. You can add it to autostart.sh but again I haven't checked those rgb force stuff works with Nougat Kernel.

@raybuntu Been using your Leia builds for a while, absolutely love your work this is my first time finding an issue.

in 22 I had no issues, but on 23, videos with MP3 audio isn't going through to my receiver, 5.1 audio is fine, but just 2.0 MP3 audio isn't

Having two issues with rb-leia23 versus rb-leia22. Odroid-C2

1) In leia23 the IR receiver has stopped working
2) It seems some hardware video decoding isn't being performed, instead Kodi is doing software decoding

In terms of Lirc (1), IRW doesn't show any keypresses. The modules appear to be loaded.

Any guidance on how to debug these issues?

yes of course that was my fault i put them into autostart.sh and all works fine again.

but now i face another problem that videos within rar files are not played anymore ?

vfs.rar addon is installed of course

The subtitle button doesn't appear to work for me in Leia23. However, using the "Teletext" button on the remote, I can switch through subtitle languages. Anyone know of a fix?

Dear all, I'm dealing with a brand new leia 24 installation.
It's Great, thx to Raybuntu for his stunning work.
Got two questions, though:
1 - I can't get libretro working due to an unexpected error, saying that the dependency kodi.binary.instance.game 1.0.33 could not be satisfied. (IARL as well as emulators that require that dependency, can't find it anywhere).
2 - got some remote probs with remote commands, both from tv remote (cec) and from kore, as well as with an usb wireless remote. Sometimes, commands get stucked as if the System freezes, after few secs everything is restored (a sort of sinc). Sometimes, double clicks or commands are received even if a single click is performed.

Could anyone confirm these flaws in leia 24 and eventually, is there a workaround to fix them?

I guess this thread is as good as any other for my LE issue.
I am having "issues" with my LE (leia-24).
After introducing a DAc to my system (Odroid-C2 - DAC - active speakers) I noticed my remote control volume buttons control the TV's volume instead of KODI's.
When I start a CEC debug in SSH and start operating the Volume buttons I see no commands being passed to the C2.
This totally makes sense in a standard setup however as my setup does not "care" for the TV audio output I am curious is there a way to hijack the HDMI-CEC signal from the TV and send it as command to KODI.
I did some reading and it seems the internet community cannot agree if this is even possible. If I understand correctly ARC is a technology that should do the trick however my TV does not support that.
My TV is fairly old Samsung smart unit. A UE32D5500RW to be precise
Is there a way around that or should I buy a ARC capable TV (which is part of the plan in the following few months)

any advice would be much appreciated

Since last update (leia 24), it seems that kodi doesn't sees my dvb tuner. I don't know if this comes from a kodi bug or a HTS addons' bug.

Just a question - since I read in leia23 you should backup your boot.ini otherwise you'll have troubles downgrading to previous versions?

Does that apply to a complete flash as well? e.g. if I'm on leia23 can I just do a full flash of leia20 and everything works or do I have to mess with the boot.ini ?

downgrade (>=23 to <=22) works fine, but your boot.ini is created from scratch, which means it is set to "default settings"

How will the official alpha builds be?

Full 64bit? Or 64 bit kernel an 32 bit userspace like your builds?

Official LE will be 64/32bit. As I said my builds are already based on LE master and 100% compatible as I have worked very close as an official LibreELEC Developer. You should have the same experience as you have with my community builds. I will focus on official.

And I will support future HK devices seperatly until they are supported by official. For instance I already have a Odroid N1 build.

Dear all I'm not sure if this is the correct place to expose my problem, but ,believe me, before writing here I have searched informations everywhere for a long time.
i bought for my odroid c2 an August dbvt2 that I wanted to use with Libreelec/KODI. I discovered later that Libreelec is builted with 3.14 Kernel which doesn't support the usb stick. With a Raybuntu built ( many thanks to him) now it works, but I still have an open problem. I have an USB hard disk connected to the Odroid c2 and i would like to copy on it my movies from a PC throught th network. The problem is that I can't copy files biggest than 2GB. I think that the reason is because it is a 32bit OS. So my question is: is there is a Libreelec version 64bit tha support the August DBV-t2 ? Have I another way to solve this problem? Many thanks for any help.

Yesterday I installed the latest alpha version of your image and discovered some issues running it on my odroid c2:

1) Sound of video playback does not work properly, if audio passthrough is enabled.
I have an external USB sound card attached to get spdif optical output which is connected via a toslink cable to my audio receiver. Playback of a video with audio passthrough disabled is fine. Although i suspect that the multichannel surround sound gets 'lost' this way, because my amplifier shows '5.1 - Stereo' ins the display as input source. The problem now occurred if I change the audio to passthrough enabled. Now there is most of the time no audio at all during video playback, the amplifier shows 'no signal'. Sometimes the audio stream seems to recover for a short time, the amplifier shows ' D T S 5.1' or ' DolbyD 5.1' (AC3 5.1 stream). If the sound recovers the are cracking and static sounds before the actual audio output starts for a few seconds before changing back to no sound at all again. This repeats all the time, every few seconds.
I think this is not a problem with the cabling, because with audio passthrough disabled the audio playback is fine.

The kodi system audio settings also have set both 'passthrough output device' and 'audio output device' to 'ALSA: USB PNP SOUND device, S/PDIF'

2) The second problem I have is that i watch TV withe the PVR plugin for VU+/Enigma, which i installed via the addons repository of Kodi. After configuring the credentials to access the web interface of my Enigma box all the bouquets are synced successfully, but there is no streaming/video playback.

Dear rooted,

first of all thank you for the answer, but I don't think that it is the problem.
The hard disk connected to the Odroid is ext4 formatted.
If I create an SD bootable, (using libreelec SD creator) with an official libreelec image aarch 64, it allow me to copy files biggest than 2.0GB.
If I do the same thing, with the same setting, with the Raybuntu image the copy of the file stop at 2.0GB.
For this reason I have some doubt about the 32bit SO.
It could be some network Libreelec setting?

Copying files has nothing to do with 64bit unfortunately, something else is the problem.

The 2GB limitation on 32bit is for addressing RAM, not disk space.

Hi,
need help, after month of enjoying the builds I would like to change the disk, back to emmc.
But I can't do an update of LE 8.2.4 from tar anymore from /.update. I put the tar file in, nothing happens...
Do we have any previous images from where I can do the update to rb-leia24 again?
