Burned Weatherboard

Unread post by ring0x00 » Wed Mar 06, 2019 4:07 am

It seems I accidentally connected my weatherboard to 5V pin instead of 3V pin. I realized this in 5 second and unpluged asap, however, when I plug it in the 3V pin, it warms up rapidly. Does it mean that I burned my weatherboard ? is there a way to know for sure    ?

If the part heats up, it can not perform any measurements reliably rendering it useless.

Check the slave address of your WB whether the device is dead or not.
