I tried that command.

aplay display "Playing WAVE : 'complete.wav' : Signed 16 bit Little Endian, Rate 22050 Hz, Stereo"
and there is no sound.

but After modify rate from 22050 to 48000 of wave file, it playing very well.

aplay is not support 22050 Hz ?

I think ALSA driver seems to have a limitation with some sample rates.
But Pulseaudio must have a nice re-sampler to avoid the issue.

Do you use Ubuntu 18.04 with Kernel 3.16?

Hi, mgu1206
It works well on Ubuntu 18.04 and kernel 3.16.63-38.

Is the display you are using the same as the link?
https://wiki.odroid.com/accessory/displ ... s/vu7_plus

If VU7_plus, there is no audio device.
The product that include the audio device is VU7A_plus.

It is a limitation in Vu7A+.
That display supports only 48Khz audio input.
Try other HDMI TV or monitor.

No problem. We should let users know the limitation.

We've just added only 48Khz sampling rate is available to Vu7A_Plus and Vu5A product description.
