oCam-1MGN-U auto exposure with libCamCap

Anyone have an example of how to set the exposure setting to auto for the oCam-1MGN-U using libCamCap-x86.dll?
Is there a new libCamCap version that works differently? I am on Windows.

CamSetCtrl(CamPtr, CTRL_BRIGHTNESS, brightness);

As far as we know, there is no way to do this on Windows.

So libCamCap isn't something you have the ability to change?

How would you go about doing it on another operating system?

On Linux, you can use the following code.

       if (ae)
           camera->set_control("Exposure, Auto", 0x3); /* Auto On */
       else
           camera->set_control("Exposure, Auto", 0x1); /* Manual On */
