Issue Regarding Card Crash in Odroid-C1+

Unread post by Aviconn » Fri Mar 29, 2019 10:20 pm

Hi,

We are using the odroid-C1+ board and facing an issue of the SD-Card crashing continuously in many odroid boards. We use SanDisk(16 GB) class 10 SD-Card. We use these cards in other such boards as well but don't face such issues.
Kindly provides some assistance to solve our problem.

Any sudden power off events might cause the file system corruption or crashes.
Which OS image do you use? How did you turn the system off?
Any clue in syslog?

We have used the Lubuntu image. Whenever the power supply goes off, it restarts. There is no Syslog in var/log/ directory. But we have analyzed that :
1. Sometimes the bootloader manager crashes due to which the SD-Card does not boot on the odroid but the card is accessible through a card reader.
2. Sometimes the card crashes completely and is not at all accessible even through a card reader.

Can you suggest what can we do about this issue?

It is really hard to find a root cause without system log.
How was the power supply stability?
