C1+ won't boot anymore as it kernel panics

Hello,

few weeks ago I was working on the firewall policy setup I had for the ovpn server I was setting up on the odroid c1+ and all of the sudden the system froze up. I waited a few minutes, but ultimately I restarted it and that was the last time I saw the oc1+ booting a OS.

The issue happened when using Ubuntu. Upon boot up with Linux and regardless of the distro, it throws a kernel panic moaning something about the SD card. I tried the other SD card where I have NetBSD, kernel panic. Tried the other SD where I had FreeBSD Head, kernel panic, bought a new sd card and tried ubuntu, alpinelinux, arch linux, everything and they all kernel panicked.

My odroid c1+ micro sd card socket or something else related to it must have died. Sadly as I hardly ever used it in a year I had it for.

This is the kernel panic from Ubuntu and brand new Sandisk Ultra 16GB micro SD. Although it gives the very same exact kernel panic with any others I tried.

Good morning Odroid.

For flashing the image I have always used dd and it has always worked fine. As for power supply, it is the one I bought alongside with the C1+ from ameridroid;

MODEL: SUN-0500200
INPUT: 100-240V, 50/60Hz 0.3A
OUTPUT: 1.5V = 2.0A
