The Adafruit Ultimate GPS Hat - https://www.adafruit.com/products/2324 works well on the C0/C1+
Set up is simple. Plug it in, boot and then install and start gpsd pointed at /dev/ttyS2

sudo apt-get install gpsd gpsd-clients python-gps

sudo gpsd -F /var/run/gpsd.sock /dev/ttyS2
