is my odroid-c1 dead? [SOLVED]

Hi,
I did by mistake a "hot plug" and straight after my odroid-c1 stopped working and does not boot anymore.

What I observe:
- red led is on,
- blue led is off,
- U4 input voltage: 5V
- U4 output voltage: 4V
- U10 output voltage: 0.6V
- U13 output voltage: 0.2V
- U9 output voltage: 1.1V
- U12 output voltage: 1.1V
- S805 chip is getting really hot

Any chance I could fix this board or is it dead?
Thx for your input,
Stephane

What do you mean by hot plug?

According to the measured voltage values, I think the S805 CPU seems be damaged by uncertain electrical shock.
If CPU was fine, U10 and U13 output must be 3.3Volt or 1.8Volt at least.
So you can't fix it unfortunately.

BTW, I also want to know the exact meaning of "hot plug".

Thx for your answers. I ordered new one ;-)

I meant by "hot plug": plugging a home designed board (i2c stepper interface) to the odroid I/O connector while the Odroid was powered on.

After investigating deeper, it was (probably) a different problem:
The Odroid is the mother board of a small 2 axis robot used to measure magnetic fields. To drive to steppers I designed a small i2c stepper interface using msp430 and pololu 8825 (@36V). I accidentally connected this interface to the wrong pins. Resulting of putting 36V where is was absolutely not supposed to... :o
