How to use the hardware video codec

Here is a simple demonstration of using the hardware video codec. It should work on C0/C1(+)/C2; however, I have currently only tested it on C1+.

amazing, amazing, amazing! post from 2016 but it is super helpful. if you're still on the forum, please write me back as I'm quite sure there are a lot of things i can learn from you.
