Is it possible to fix it or it's only a part of history?
Thank you

From these logs I could only catch that I2C is jammed.

I2C may look busy if one of components connected to a bus is dead and holds SDA and SCK low. Or if a component merely has no power.
If google is to be believed, 13860000 refers to i2c0.
On U2, this bus is used for PMIC and USB hub control.

Since everything quickly goes to shambles after boot, I'd speculate PMIC does not get optimal configuration through I2C, because USB hub (which is never reported?) is broken and ties both I2C lines to GND.

In any case, that doesn't look easily repairable. :(
