Odroid U3, USB doesn't work

Just the day before yesterday i've received my odroid U3 and started to install linux on the device. But for some reason 0% of my USB devices will work on the USB ports (tested all three). The devices (mouse, keyboard, harddisk etc etc) work perfect on my raspberry pi, but no any reaction on the U3.

I've used different images from hardkernel (Ubuntu & Fedora) site and other sites (Debian Jessie). But the results are the same. No any items / actions listed in /var/log/messages and lsusb just always shows :

Is ethernet working?

If not, make sure you are using the U2 version of each image.

Using the X/X2 versions on a U3 will give non-working USB and ethernet.

Yes, ethernet is working perfect, so should be something else, but I have no idea.

First thought it was a power issue, but the external HDD has its own power so doesn't use USB power. But non of the devices show any reaction with lsusb and in /var/log/messages

Any idea ?

@odroid may give you some tests to perform, to determine whether it's a hardware problem. Wait for his post :)

The first line shows the USB host hub.
The hub seems to be damaged by unknown root cause.

I seem to have this same issue. I just received my ODROID-U3. Should I contact the above address to get an RMA?

What is your result of "lsusb" via ssh or USB-UART console?

four days ago i got my Odroid U3 device and started to install linux on it. at first it looked all good but then i realized that no usb device is working on the board.

I used the right images and tried out Android too, no difference, no reaction if i plug some usb devices in.

I have the same Problem. Keyboard, mouse, wlan-usb doesn´t work. ODROID-U3 was start with Android, thas ok. But I can´t work with mouse and keyboard.
